Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through this website, or by phoning our friendly reception staff on 9456 0800.

Standard appointments are booked at 15 minute intervals, allowing enough time to discuss one to two health concerns.

Longer appointments are available for multiple or complex problems, mental health and medicals. Please inform our receptionist at the time of booking, and it will be our pleasure to accommodate you.

Emergencies & Cancellations

Our appointment diary is designed to accommodate urgent appointments on the day. If we are fully booked on the day, please ask to go on our emergency cancellation list, which our doctors will go through and triage throughout the day.

Emergencies will be attended to at any time. If you feel you have an emergency, please telephone the surgery immediately to discuss the problem, or alternatively, attend the closest hospital.

Prescriptions/Referrals

Repeat prescriptions or referrals may be obtained without making an appointment at the Doctors discretion by calling reception. To ensure you receive the best possible care, we require you to have seen the doctor in the last 3 months. There is a 24 hour turn around for requests, and a fee of $15 which is payable on collection. If the Dr requires a consultation, reception will contact you to make an appointment.

Home Visits

Home visits may be available from this practice to our regular patients who live within a 5km radius of the surgery. Please telephone the surgery to discuss your problem. We would appreciate if you could restrict requests for home visits to occasions when you are unable to attend the surgery. Where we are unable to provide a home visit during regular surgery hours, Perth Home GP may be contacted on 1300 815 321. This is a private service and fees will apply.

Travel Advice

If you are travelling overseas, we advise you make a dedicated appointment to discuss your travel medicine needs at least 2 weeks prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: please provide minimum 2 hours notice so we can reallocate your appointment to someone in need. If you miss an appointment, a non attendance fee may apply.

After Hours Care

If you require medical attention outside of regular surgery hours, you may obtain assistance from Night Doctor on 1300 644 483 for an after hours home visit. Please note this is a private service and fees will apply. Alternatively, in a medical emergency go to the nearest hospital emergency department – Armadale or Fiona Stanley Hospital.
